Terms and Conditions: Black Friday Sale

1. Booking Period:
   This exclusive offer is valid for sessions scheduled between January 1, 2025, and June 30, 2025. All sessions must be booked and completed within this timeframe.

1. Non-Refundable Payment:
   All payments for this promotion are non-refundable. If you are unable to complete your session within the designated timeframe, the amount paid will be converted into a credit toward a full-priced session, valid for up to one year.

2. Session Details:
   Each session includes a 1-hour on-location shoot, pre-session consultation, styling guidance, 50 professionally edited digital images, and a $50 print credit.

3. Limited Availability:
   This offer is limited to 15 sessions and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Once all slots are filled, the promotion will no longer be available.

4. Add-Ons:
   Optional add-ons, including video coverage and canvas collections, are available for purchase at an exclusive rate during booking.

5. Payment Options:
   You may choose to pay in full at the time of booking or split your payment into two installments. The second payment must be completed before your session date.

6. Session Locations:
   Sessions are available in Salt Lake and Utah counties. Studio sessions are also available for an additional fee.

7. Rescheduling Policy:

   • Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the session date will incur a $25 fee.

   • Requests must be made at least 72 hours in advance to avoid the fee.

   • Sessions must still be completed within the January-June 2025 timeframe, subject to availability.

8. Print Credit:
   The $50 print credit included with this promotion:

   • Can only be applied toward prints and products ordered through your gallery.

   • Cannot be used toward any other services or fees.

   • Must be redeemed by July 31, 2025. If unused by this date, the credit will be forfeited.

9. Bonuses:
   Bonuses are awarded based on booking order:

• First 5 Clients: Receive extra images, rush delivery, and 3-5x7 Luxe Prints

• Next 5 Clients: Receive extra images and rush delivery.

• Final 10 Clients: Receive extra images.
  Bonuses are non-transferable and must be redeemed with the session. No substitutions or cash value will be provided for unclaimed bonuses.
